How many first aiders do I need?

A quick check based on the HSE's suggested numbers for UK workplaces (guidance L74). Use it as a starting point for your own first-aid needs assessment.

Staff are split evenly across sites and shifts.

      L4z Clinical Training & Services was founded by Dr Lazaro Perez Rodriguez. He worked as a Medical Doctor abroad for more than five years, then spent the last 11 years as a Senior Clinical Skills Tutor at the School of Clinical Medicine, University of Cambridge. Every L4z session draws on that experience, so it is safe, evidence-based and relevant to the work your team actually does.
